We have been providing energy and sustainability services to clients large and small for 10 years, starting with energy ratings (SAP/NHER) in 2002 and followed by EcoHomes in 2004. Since then we have also become qualified and licenced in the Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM Commercial schemes, and can offer additional related services.

It is important that the specification documentation and construction drawings include detailed Code for Sustainable Homes or BREEAM requirements.
Production of reports for Building Regulations/Control bodies: SAP Input reports, Building Regulations Compliance reports, Predicted Energy Assessments, Energy Performance Certificates.
Advice and support throughout the Design (Interim Certification) and Post Construction (Final Certification) assessment stages, including Site Waste Management planning and control if required.
Our involvement at the earliest possible stage will ensure smooth compliance with any regulatory requirements included in the above – the later the involvement, the greater the likelihood of expensive problems.
